Dakasi is probably in every corner of Guangzhou! Where ever we went we were bound to see a Dakasi stall or shop. It’s a huge favorite of the sister’s boyfriend; i lost count of how many he consumed within the 3 days we were in Guangzhou. Dakasi originates from Taiwan but it’s
Chatime is a well known beverage franchise in Taiwan with more than 300 outlets around the world with 20 outlets in Malaysia. Finally, i’ve had my first cup of Chatime bubble milk tea. I realize that i’m rather outdated but i’ll never join in the hype craze of queuing hours for some launching of brand
I first heard about Snowflake from facebook. I saw friends posting photos of mouth watering desserts on their photo album and i wondered where is this new outlet. They told me it’s in Pavilion and i scratched my head because i’ve been to Pavilion so many times but i’ve never bumped into this shop before.
Din Tai Fung in The Gardens had been around for quite sometime now. Everyone who had been there have positive comments about it especially about the scrumptious signature Xiao Long Bao but somehow i never attempted for a visit. Perhaps i had my doubts, some very popular restaurants doesn’t really live up to its name.

Like any other Taiwanese and Hongkie eateries, Fong Lye Taiwan Restaurant in the Gardens is often packed with patrons. Getting a table might be a pain, there is always a queue at the counter. Personally i don’t prefer Taiwanese restaurants because there is no privacy at all. All the tables are placed so close to
As promised on my previous review on Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks, i took some photo of the famous Oyster Mee Sua (oyster noodle) and the Crispy Chicken Floss Crepe on my recent visit to the outlet. Mee sua… gastronomical Look yummy right? The home-made oyster is excellent. It doesn’t have that fishy taste at all.
I got this in an email from BlurryHunniee. Mr. Baoz originate all the way from Taiwan, sells baos (steamed buns) with a difference. The baos are so so adorable, i think i wouldn’t have the heart to eat it! Similar to J.Co or Big Apple Donuts, the baos come with some fantastic and super cute
Before we went for the movie Rambo (err… not really my choice in movies), we grabbed some Seafood Tempura from Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks. Shihlin brings Taiwanese popular snacks from the alleys of Taiwan’s night market to our shore. A popular favorites among youngsters especially, there are already 6 chains of franchise in KL and
Weee!! MagieeMe brought back some snacks from her trip to Taiwan. Taiwan is very popular for its variety of street snacks. Most of them you’ll wouldn’t be able to get here in Malaysia. Here we have is the famous Taiwan “Iron Eggs” (Tit Dan in Chinese) and the equally famous pineapple pastry. Taiwan Street Snacks

D’licious Hot Pot Restaurant is run by a husband and wife team. The man-boss is a very friendly and charming Malaysian
