The name of the cafe in English is Cheese Town but it’s 芝心堂 in Chinese which in verbally it sounds similar but literally translate to “Chi Heart Church”. Erm… creative.
This cafe if i recall correctly is next to Uniqlo shop (or maybe somewhere very nearby) at Beijing Road. We paid a visit after a long morning of shopping.
There were an assortment of cheese cakes to choose from, all looked pretty and tempting but at that time we had no idea if anything in this shop tasted good at all. We picked the safest pick; a Tiramisu Cheese Cake and a Chocolate Mousse Cheese Cake.
In fact, Cheese Town is quite popular among visitors as well as locals. The price of cakes and drinks is not we call cheap, just about the price of a cake in Starbucks Malaysia but the cakes are not bad. Both Tiramisu and Chocolate Mousse was soft and delicious but most important not overwhelmed by the taste of cheese.
