Ninja Joe outlet is a small joint with just few tables for eat ins but the design is clean, simple and cute. Heart the ninja icon.

They offer burger with 6 different flavors which are Original, Teriyaki, Black Pepper, Oriental, Sweet & Sour & Spicy. And when you order you have to order according to how many ninjas you want. 1 burger means 1 ninja, 2 burger means 2 ninjas and so on. LOL.

I ordered 1 sweet & sour ninja pork burger which cost RM5.95. The burgers here are really mini, it’s fits the size of your palm. Good thing is the burger is good. Pork burgers are always awesome.

Although i must admit i still think McDonalds’ pork burger still tops my list.

When mentioned the word “Christmas” what are the few things that comes to mind? For me it’ll be Christmas tree, presents, ginger bread man, candies, Santa and reindeer. But most of all it’s about catching up with family and friends and rekindling our ties which means a grand reunion dinner on Christmas Eve.

But what’s a Christmas dinner without beautiful and sparkling dinnerware right? It’s a very special feeling preparing dinner and setting the table with new and pretty holiday dinnerware and drinkware don’t you think?

Pfaltzgraff offers some of the nicest sets dinnerware i’ve seen. They have hundreds kind of designs such as Winterberry, Plymouth, Naturewood, Napoli and much more. You could find so many varieties of designs that’ll suit your entertaining needs and it’s so very pretty!

If that’s not enough they have special Christmas sets named “Christmas Morning” complete with snowman designs just to cater for the coming season. It’ll make a nice Xmas gift too.

Outdoors @ Fitou

Fitou Brasserie is a restaurant with the Mediterranean theme cum winery. Located at the Waterfront, Desa Parkcity, the brasserie is a fine place to wine and dine while over looking the park and lake. Like what i said, it’s a great place to relax especially in the evening, enjoying the cool breeze.

We were there few evenings ago for dinner. It was after rain so the air was fresh and cool which makes it even more enjoyable in the outdoors foyer.

Guinness Draught

The service at Fitou is excellent, the staff super polite and experienced. They know the menu like the back of their hands and are good in recommendation.

Given the brasserie’s classy setting and the good service, i expected to pay an above-the-average price for our dinner that night. But it wasn’t so. Surprisingly, the food is not too expensive, i would say it’s appropriate and affordable.

Bruschettas

Happy Hour is from 3pm to 8pm. Such a weird time for happy hour LOL. I thought Happy Hour usually doesn’t start before 8pm.

Anyways anyone with order of a pint of beer during Happy Hour will receive a complimentary tapas. Actually i’m not sure it’s a pint or 2 and which brand of beer is included so you’ll have to find out yourself. I made a mental note to remember but after the beer i was drowsy and forgot the whole thing LOL.

We started by having 2 pints of Guinness and we received a complimentary plate of bruschetta which was just alright. It was really sour and it was served on plain bread instead of grilled ones that i prefer.

Feta Cheese Salad

The Fitou Feta Cheese Salad on the other hand was absolutely fantastic. Rough country salad with cherry tomatoes, crisp cucumber, sliced onions and Kalamata olives. What makes it so great is the chunks of feta cheese. It’s the best feta i’ve tasted so far, the salty feta cheese certainly add strong flavor to the salad.

Aglio Olio

Some said that the Aglio Olio in Fitou is kind of bland. I find it not bad but not great although i rather like it.

It’s light and super spicy. Although obviously made with less ingredients than most Aglio Olio, the hot dried red chili flakes (i detect a little Tabasco sauce too) and bacon teases the tongue.

And when i said it’s spicy, i’m not kidding. My eyes watered the moment i took a bite. Another mental note to myself. Guinness doesn’t goes well with chili. Makes it even more spicy.

Mountain Bacon Cheese Burger

The boyfriend decided on the Mountain Bacon Cheese Burger with pork patty. The bacon is just a coincidence, we didn’t planned on a bacon night out. I just noticed it today LOL.

The burger was good but not memorable. I however, loved the fries. Super crispy. Thumbs up!

Kilkenny

We ended our meal by skipping the desert and sharing a pint of Kilkenny which i now am a fan of. It was a good end to the evening. *hiccup*
