Food or Flat Belly?
Recently when i had lunch with one of my foreign friend, i think i spot a tell-tale sign of a love handle! I think her over-indulgence on Malaysian food is starting to show. Haha. Hence, this post is dedicated to Marissa and people who can’t get enough of the scrumptious food here.

This might sound a tad mean but I think you need a diet! I can see a bump peeking through your T-shirt girl. I bet Pete is enjoying the extra pillow on your tummy. Haha!

But seriously don’t get too overboard or you’ll have a difficult time losing the fat. I’m speaking from experience here. I’ve tried so many different ways of losing weight especially to lose the fat belly but it’s pretty much useless. I’d give anything to fit into my old dress. Thank god it’s in control now that i manage what i eat.
