Cozy place always pack with ang mohs!

The restaurant is really small and it is easily to be missed if you do not keep an eye for it. However, the ambiance is good and the lighting is dim and cozy. It was evident that lots of tourist especially backpackers prefer this restaurant coz the two of us were the only Asian in there.

We picked the table right next to the entrance. Its a great place to sit back, relax and watch the locals go about their business.

As a start, we ordered 2 cups of Jasmin tea. It was fantastic coz it was freezing cold out there. Next, of course we had to have some fried spring rolls. I have to admit that Vietnamese spring rolls are top notch. It was not too oily and the skin was extra thin and crispy. Yummy!

The beef sautéed with lemon and butter was good but wasn’t especially delicious. I find the beef although sweet it was a little too over cooked and hard to chew. Served with rice, the dish alone could be really filling.

Also the fried noodle with vegetables was quite normal tasting. Nothing spectacular but not bad at all. Here there are using a thin kind of noodle. Something like our ‘yee mee’ but slightly thinner.

Overall, i find Little Hanoi’s food is just so-so. However, its a great place to hide from the busy streets of Old Quarters. A fine place to to fill the tummy, rest and relax. Nothing more.
